Being aware of myself and my behavior is a long-term practice of process. I learn this every day.
It is incredible to me how swiftly I will see or hear or read something and decide it’s wrong and condemn it. It is a feeling akin to resentment that the world isn’t operating the way I see fit and has thus betrayed me.
