This is too funny. I have always loved Hallmark Christmas movies but have seen most of them in trailers, not having full cable. I've caught them from years past on YouTube. All that yearning to see them on actual Christmas release! This year--I had the license to see them all. And your article so nails it. I couldn't get past "pantsuit in heels" for a bit because I kept laughing. I expect I will still watch a few next year--with a tad more discernment--and I do love all the mysteries Hallmark produces, but I have to agree--the dream reveals a remarkable evidence of Candalacey (love that) familiarity, over and over and over again... :-)))
