You are entitled to live well. It is your birthright.
You are entitled to think of the world as a magical place, filled with enchantment and awe and wonder — and joy.
What happens when your feelings are chaotic because of what is happening around you? How do you restore your inner center of being that is always there but can be hidden by your strong emotional reaction to the world?
It matters terribly that you connect with your Source and your reason for being, your purpose — why you are here now. But is not easy to do, not only because the times are troubled and cannot be ignored, but because knowing how to respond can be so uncertain and filled with anxiety.
How do you hold on to these feelings when the world around you seems to be a place of loss and darkness more than a place of light and love? When you feel helpless to make a difference, to make things better? It is so important that you feel the good in the world and give yourself the same care and love you are seeking for the rest of the world.
Words have the power to distort and assault and anger and hurt. They also have the power to give the truth, to inspire, to bring peace of heart, to calm our minds, to offer succor and hope. Say aloud these words in this list and what comes to mind? How do you feel?
Words like these expand your vision beyond its limitations, and offer a feeling of anticipation and happiness. Something is going to happen. More than that, it is going to end well. We know this. We are captivated by knowing this.
Keep words like these in mind, or make your own list of words that make you feel good and at ease with yourself, at one with yourself, and say them aloud several times a day. It is a way to move back into the center of your being, that original birthright, and feel and explore what is good and creative inside you.
You are meant for that.
