Who can resist a good mystery? Not I. Only a few days ago a strange thing happened in a most mundane setting and time — late afternoon at the local Farmer’s Market.
Everyone was shutting up shop. Then we all heard the bloodcurdling scream.
A third of us rushed over to the woods beyond the parking lot. The rest stood stock still, like deer in headlights.
